dLMonitor utility

Do you need to keep watch on multiple workstations or servers? Even when not in the office?

dLMonitor can check the connectivity to up to 255 computers at regular intervals and send you an e-mail to alert you if any stop responding.

To use dLMonitor you need the following:

• Windows XP or Windows 2003 server
• Microsoft .NET Framework v 1.1 or later (if not already installed this may be obtained from Windows Update)
• An always-on connection to the relevant network (internet or company network)
• EITHER a valid e-mail account through which you can send e-mails from your PC
  OR the Windows SMPT service installed (if not already installed the SMTP service is provided on the Windows XP CD)

The dLMonitor service on your PC is controlled using a single controller window as shown below

Automatic start-up, so just set it and forget it. The service runs in the background and does not interfere with the operation of your PC or server.

How to obtain a licensed version

Once you have installed the trial version and are satisfied that it is useful for you, you can purchase a licensed copy for 29 UK pounds (+VAT at 17.5% if ordering from inside the European Union, total £34.08) by following the instructions in the readme file.
