The DLLs

There are several dBarcode DLLs, one (dBarcode DLL Universal) which handles all common barcode types and a number of DLLs designed for specific families of barcodes. This manual provides the details for dBarcode DLL Universal. The other DLLs differ only in the value of the code parameter which specifies the type of barcode to be created; the value of this parameter is discussed in the reference section. For details of the barcode types see the Barcodes Help manual.

The DLLs are as follows:

dBarcode DLL Universal

DLSBARUN.DLL – the dBarcode DLL Universal, for most common barcode types

dBarcode DLL Code - Standard

DLSBAR39.DLL – for Code 39 (also know as 3 of 9), Extended 39, Code 93, Extended 93, Code 128, Interleaved 2 of 5 and Matrix 2 of 5 barcodes

dBarcode DLL - GS1

DLSBAREA.DLL – for EAN-13, EAN-14, EAN-8, GS1-128, ITF-14, SSCC (Serial Shipping Container Code), UPC-A and UPC-E barcodes
