Making the macros available to all new workbooks

If you wish the macros (including the in-line formula) to be available to all new workbooks you create in future, do the following:

1. Open bmacs2003.xls in Excel

2. From the File menu choose File...New. A new workbook will be created, named Book2.xls

3. From Tools menu choose Macros....Visaul Basic Editor

4. In the left-hand Project panel, Drag Module 1 from bmac2003.xls to the VBAProject (Book2) icon

5. From the File menu choose Close and Return to Microsoft Excel

6. Ensure you are looking at Book2 (if not select Book2 from the Window menu)

7. From the File Menu choose Save AS and drop down the file types to select Templates

8. Navigate the folders to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\XLStart

9. Save the template as Book.xlt

From now on when you start Excel each new workbook will have the macros installed.
