Troubleshooting

If you have difficulty running your ASP page or the sample provided, please note the following:

1. If you receive a "page not found" error

Check that the IIS web or virtual directory is set to allow read access

2. If you receive a VBScript "Object required" error

Check that you have the most recent server service pack installed on your server

Check that Server Extensions are present on the web or virtual directory

Check that the application has at least "Script Only" execute permissions in IIS

Check that BxBARCODE.DLL in the application directory has been registered (with REGSVR32.DLL)
