security_level

Type: int

This parameter specifies the security level for a PDF417 code - i.e. the amount of redundancy built in to the barcode image to allow for errors to be corrected. The greater the security level the larger the barcode image. See 2D-Barcodes Help for details.

Allowed values are 0 - 8 for PDF417.

Allowed values for Aztec codes depend on the mode, and are 0-99 for Normal mode, 1-4 for Compact mode, and 1-32 for Full range mode (the value is ignored for Runes). Note that for Compact and Full range the security level is actually the required number of Aztec layers in the symbol.

For QR symbols the security level may be 0 – 3. For Micro QR Code symbols 0 – 2.

For other barcode types this parameter should be 0.
