Add Record

Selecting Add Record cause the display of the New Record dialog for the first field of the new record. Once data has been entered into this field the Next field button may be pushed to clear the editor ready for entry of data for the second field. This process may continue until all fields have been entered. The OK button should then be pushed to accept the data.

If the Cancel button is pushed the editor closes without storing data for the new record.
