Borders and Backgrounds property pages
Borders are lines and patterns which may be drawn around any rectangular element. The thickness and style of such lines are set using the Border property page. A background is the region enclosed by the border and may consist of a solid colour, a hatched pattern, a shaped graphic or a bitmap picture. The background characteristics may be specified using the Background property page.
Note that in all cases any specified background is drawn before the element’s contents (e.g. text, barcode, shape, etc.). If an element is not transparent then the background will not be visible.
