Database Open page

The Database Open page allows a dLabel database file to be opened and attached to the current label template. Note that if the label template is subsequently saved then the name of the currently open database is saved within it, and that database will automatically be opened the next time the label template is opened.

If a database file is already opened its filename will be displayed in the Current database file box.

To specify the name of a database file you wish to open, push the Browse button and select the required file from the standard Windows Open dialog displayed. Note that dLabel databases use the .DLX extension.

If you wish to open a database without the risk of changing the data it contains, the database may be opened for reading only by checking the Open for Reading Only checkbox before pushing the OK button.

The database if opened when the OK button is pushed.
