Insert New Object

Choosing Insert New Object causes the mouse cursor to change to crossed wires. Position the cursor on the label image (or the image of the top left-hand label where more than one label is displayed) at the point at which you want the top left-hand corner of the object to appear, and, holding down the left mouse button, draw a box by dragging the mouse down and to the right. Then release the left mouse button.

The Windows objects dialog appears, containing a list of the objects currently available in your Windows system.

Selecting one of the objects and pushing the OK button results in that object’s application/editor appearing (it may be a separate window or “In Place” - i.e. changing dLabel’s menus to reflect those of the of the editor, such as WordPad or Word.)
