Next Record

Selecting Next causes the display of the next record in the database using the current template.

Selecting this item while holding down the Shift key causes advancement by 10 records, and selecting this item while holding down the Control key causes advancement by the number of records equivalent to one sheet of labels. Selecting this item while holding down both the Shift and Control keys causes advancement by the number of records equivalent to 10 sheets of labels.

Note that is multiple labels are displayed it is the table at the top left of the page which is referred to by the record number displayed in the menu bar.
