Selecting Show Print Area toggles on and off the display of the printable area boundary (the region of the currently displayed page beyond which your printer is unable to print).
The printable area boundary is displayed as a red line, although it may be off the screen if your printer can print beyond the physical page boundary.
Anything on the label image which falls outside the printable area boundary will not appear on you printer when you print. The printable area boundary is specified by your Windows printer driver, which normally sets this value to the physical capabilities of the printer. However, if you are using a printer driver which was not designed for your printer (e.g. some printers not manufactured by Hewlett Packard are used with the HP printer driver), the printable area information may not be correct.
