Toolbar

Choosing Toolbar toggles on and off the display of dLabel’s toolbar - the row of icons that provide short cuts to a number of dLabel’s menu items.

Note that dLabel’s toolbar may be floating (as a palette) or dockable (i.e. it may align with any edge of the dLabel Window).
