Orders

If you have recorded Reorder threshold and Reorder Quantities for items in the Items table, then dPos can prepare orders for the reorder quantities for those items where the stock level is at or below the Reorder threshold.

If you have specified that items are available in case quantities then the order will be for case quantities.

Selecting the Orders button on the Control Centre will display the orders that are appropriate for each supplier, and you can move through the suppliers by pushing the navigation buttons at the top of the Order data window.

 

 

Any individual order can be copied, printed or saved, or you can print all orders at once by pushing the Print All button. The window’s title bar informs you how many orders have been created.
