Set Shape Property methods

Note that the foreground and background colours, size and orientation properties for Shape element are specified using the same methods as described for other elements – SetElForeColor(int iEl,Color dcolour), SetElBackColor(int iEl,Color dcolour), etc.

The following specific functions are provided for Shape elements. All Set functions return true if successful, or false if an error occurs.
