The fonts

The following fonts are provided as TrueType and/or PostScript fonts (depending on your operating system).

General purpose fonts (for most common barcodes)

UNAW – Thinnest font
UNBW – Thin font
UNCW – Medium width font
UNDW – Wide font
UNEW – Widest font

Retail barcode fonts (for EAN/UCC 8 and 13, ISBN, ISSN, ISMN, UPC-A and UPC-E barcodes)

UNXW – Short Retail font
UNYW – Normal Retail font

The above fonts must be used a Normal fonts (ie. NOT as Bold or Italic); setting a barcode to Bold or Italic will make it unreadable.

Clocked codes

UNFW – Must be used for clocked codes (4-State, PostNet, Planet, Japan Post, Korean Postal Authority and RM4SCC.
