If you will be generating barcodes in Excel many times, it is useful to be able to specify a shortcut key which, when pressed, will run one of the barcode macros immediately.

To do this select Macros from the Tools - Macro menu.

Select the macro you wish to create a shortcut key for.

Push the Options button at the bottom right of the dialog.
