The Form dialog is displayed, and you can select the label layout you require from the drop-down list of Form types (or you can design your own - see the Help file for details).

For the purposes of this demonstration we select the 8 * 2 labels (ie. 8 down and 2 across on an A4 page)

Then push the OK button.
