The dBarcode Developers kit includes Active DLLs and full sample code to help you create your own barcode applications in C/C++, VB.Net, C#, VBA, Visual Basic-6 and Visual FoxPro.

Each unit generates both a pattern string for bars and spaces and a metafile picture containing the barcode image and (where relevant for 1D barcodes) the human readable text under the bars. The picture may be displayed, printed, saved or passed to the clipboard by the user’s code.

The DLLs also generate font-based barcodes for use when it is desirable to permanently store the barcode without requiring lots of storage, such as in large spreadsheets or databases.

Follow the link for more details about generating barcodes in C/C++. Sample Visual Studio projects are included in the product downloads.

Source code for demonstration applications included for C/C++, VB.Net, C#, VB6 and Visual FoxPro.
